Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
